Important – Please Read Before Ordering

We may be able to ship live insects to the USA; however, U.S. import regulations vary depending on the species, life stage and destination state.

The customer is responsible for obtaining all necessary U.S. import permits, licences and documentation before placing an order. Depending on the species, this may include a USDA APHIS PPQ 526 import permit, U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service documentation/Form 3-177, CITES documentation where applicable, and any additional state or federal permits. Before placing an order, customers must contact us and provide copies of the relevant permits/documents for verification. Do not purchase until we have confirmed that the required documentation has been provided and the species can legally be shipped.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the insects are legally permitted for import into their particular U.S. state and for complying with all USDA, U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, Customs and state regulations.

We cannot accept responsibility for shipments that are refused, seized, delayed or destroyed by U.S. authorities due to missing, incorrect or insufficient permits/documentation.

No international live-insect order to the USA will be dispatched without prior confirmation and satisfactory documentation.
