Terms & Conditions

Orders can be cancelled but cannot be refunded unless the livestock is not supplied by the end of the season - in essence, you are paying for the insects, not for a specific delivery time - this is due to the somewhat unpredictable nature of breeding insects. When an order is placed, the livestock is allocated to you. Preorders are booked in advance.

Availability times are estimates, when a item states available now, this will be shippied within 2-5 days (dependant on suitable weather conditions to the species). 
When this is a pre order item, all dates stated are estimated.

Orders sent to the UK have a live & healthy arrival guarantee. 

International orders have no guarantees, and are sent entirely at the risk of the customer with a complete customs declaration. If you have a permit or license you would like to attach to the shipment please get in touch after ordering, this is not a problem. Refunds will not be given for: any issue with international shipping, including customs delays or seizures; or the death of livestock occurring under the customer’s care.
