Cocoons should be stored cool in a fridge until the buds start to show in Spring.

These loverly moths pair very easy in medium sized pop up cages.

The larvae feed in groups till they are usually in their 3rd/4th instar.

Feeding on a lot of different food plants, including Hawthorn, Apple, Willows, Bramble and many many more.

A good early species to rear in the Spring and throughout Summer.
